The Colour Congress of 2002 provided a unique opportunity for the international natural dye community to share new ideas, research and groundbreaking projects. Materialcolor.org was created to facilitate an online venue to share our news as we continue our discoveries and projects at a distance.
The site has begun based on responses to the e-mail questionnaire that was sent to Congress attendees in May 2003. We are looking to the community to provide content - information from and about individuals, organizations and guilds, and educational institutions who are focusing on natural dyes.
